Reporting Abuse

Abuse, harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or any other behaviour that breaks our community rules

At NatterFly, we want everyone to enjoy a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. If you experience abuse, harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or any other behaviour that breaks our community rules, please report it to us as soon as possible.

The best way to report an issue is by creating a support ticket from your member dashboard.

When submitting your report, please include as much information as possible. This helps our moderation team investigate the incident quickly and fairly.

We strongly recommend taking a screenshot of the chat room while the incident is taking place. A good screenshot should include:

The chat messages containing the abuse or inappropriate behaviour.
The username of the member involved.
The name of the chat room.
Any other relevant information visible on screen.

Attach the screenshot to your support ticket along with a brief description of what happened. Evidence allows our moderation team to accurately identify the member involved, review the incident, and take the appropriate action where necessary.

Depending on the severity of the incident, action may include a warning, temporary mute, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from NatterFly.

Please do not retaliate or argue with abusive members. Instead, use the room's ignore feature if available, leave the conversation if necessary, and report the incident to our moderation team.

Every report is reviewed individually, and while we may not always be able to discuss the outcome of an investigation, we take all reports seriously and aim to deal with them as quickly as possible.

Thank you for helping us keep NatterFly a safe and enjoyable community for everyone.
