Since recent health scare, found myself going into a shell. Fed up of Doctors trying to diagnose with pills pills and more pills. Took too many of them in the past. Searching for a more natural solution to combat my my current situation.

Were a keen cyclist long distance walker. Do enjoy a spot of gardening, getting my hands in the soil. Favourite flower is morning glory and Jacobs ladder. Which the bees adore. In the past drugs alcohol and rock n roll Were my favourite past time, paying the price now.
